We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Medical Customer Service Representative. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer information and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for medical inquiries and customer service requests.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding medical records, appointment scheduling, and healthcare services.
- Assist patients and healthcare providers with navigating our services and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
