Administrative Assistant
Expanding division office is adding an Administrative Assistant to their team. You will be performing a combination of administrative and light accounting responsibilities.
Great location in South Charlotte close to many amenities and shopping. Salary up to $50K plus great benefits
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant :
- Communicate updates daily with project management and division management team
- Process invoices.
- Prepare reports for management
- Manage and submit permit applications to the appropriate municipalities
- Upload documents
- Assure vendor insurance and contractor agreements are up-to-date
- Enter and maintain data for costing department
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Great Communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Accounting knowledge
