About the Position
A Warehouse Associate / material handler is the source getting products from the stock room to the production line. As well as keeping track of inventory to ensure that the production line does not have any missing or out of stock parts.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Associate / material handler work safely in a fast-moving environment in various warehouse functions. These include but are not limited :
Unloading, receiving, and processing product
Conducting pick, put away, and inventory adjustment functions
Loading and shipping items
Accurately select and stock component parts
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
Ability to interpret instructions and respond to managements direction
Must be able to read and interpret written information
Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) clearly with co-workers
Ability to apply basic mathematical principles such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and fractions
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Sorts and places materials into designated area
Other duties may be assigned

Select proper component parts from a Bill of Material (BOM)
Stock component parts from inbound receipts
Manage inventory levels and locations within the computer system
Assist at other workstations as necessary
Follow safety and security policies and procedures
Report any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions to the appropriate individual
Ability to lift 50lb.occasionally and carry approximately 20 ft.
Stand for extended periods of time
Ability to climb up and down ladders
Basic Computer Knowledge
Complete task and / or projects as assigned
