The Chief of Staff office drives horizontal key initiatives that support 3000 associates across multiple geographies and multiple business domains.

This position will focus on the horizontal workforce strategy for all of Card Technology. Responsibilities : Encourage a culture of creating people solutions within Card TechBuild a bridge between two data repositories to help drive workforce strategy Analyze domain-level hiring trends, and craft appropriate solutionsPartner with labor leads to create internal dashboards to report real-time workforce trends and analysisIdentify any outstanding communication gaps, and assemble appropriate resourcesCreate, enhance, and optimize data visualizations in Tableau using data from a variety of sources and creating custom SQL queriesAssemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements : automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
