Key Responsibilities

Lead insights and strategy for gaming-centric, social-forward, and integrated initiatives

Provide strategic recommendations to gaming clients and develop communications strategies

Mentor strategy team members and lead new business pitches and presentations

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in social-forward and integrated marketing at a creative agency

Hands-on experience leading strategy for creative campaigns, not just paid media

Deep understanding of digital strategy related to brand analytics and social media

Passion for gaming culture, streaming, and eSports

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
