What Youll Do

• Provide mobile primary care to geriatric patients within 25 miles of your home
• Manage chronic conditions ( CHF, hypertension, diabetes, etc. ) to enhance quality of life
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care

What Were Looking For

Licensed NP / PA-C in Washington State

DEA License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

BLS / CPR Certification

Passion for geriatric care and chronic disease management

Reliable transportation & home office setup
