Position : Plant Maintenance Technician Location : Romulus, MI 3rd Shift $25 - $30 / hr Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment for optimal production and quality.
- Analyze and correct mechanical and operational issues.
- Conduct post-repair testing for equipment functionality.
- Record operational data for set-up and preventive maintenance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate equipment moves on the shop floor.
- Provide technical advice for new equipment and modifications.
- Manage supply requisitions and spare parts inventory.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance documentation.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Education : High School Diploma (Required), Technical Diploma (Preferred).
- Work Experience : Minimum 3 years in fast-paced manufacturing.
- Technical Skills : Injection molding troubleshooting experience is a plus. Robotics troubleshooting and PLC programming knowledge is a plus.
- Adaptability : Proven ability to handle diverse tasks in a matrix organization.
