Description
- 7-9 years of experience in the foodservice industry in managerial and leadership roles, preferably within the resort / hospitality segment
- Proficient in database, word processing, and POS software for all areas of hospitality marketing and management
- Proficient in all areas of food and beverage preparation and service; Utilize economic, financial, and industry data to develop successful business strategies
- ServSafe Certification required
- Adaptability in high-stress environments with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism
