We are looking to add skilled CNC Machinists to our team!

Responsibilities : Tool Room :
Tool Room :
- Monitor and manage vending machine program
- Manage tool room inventory levels and purchasing of needed tools for upcoming jobs
- Control tooling boxes specifically for job part numbers
- Build DPP folders
- Prepare tooling boxes and fixtures for machinists to reduce set up time
- Assist in piece inspection when inspectors are overloaded
Production Support :
- Select, create, and maintain DPP gauge lists
- Deploy gauge kit
- Review schedule boards weekly and prepare gauge kits for each plant for jobs to be set up
- Work with Quality Engineer to oversee and maintain calibration system
- Coordinate and maintain communication related to gauge calibration / repair with outside services
Requirements :
- High school diploma or CNC technical background preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machining or tool related experience
- Basic machining, tooling and blueprint reading knowledge
- Solid math skills
- Great organizational skills
