Are you a coffee lover with a knack for exceptional customer service? Join our team as a part-time (working up to 19 hours per week) Seasonal Retail Sales Associate during the holiday season! As the welcoming face of our retail boutique in The Houston Galleria, you will greet customers, offer complimentary coffee tastings, help with boutique operations and provide an inviting experience for our customers that goes beyond selling coffee.

Your knowledge will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso!

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

  • Greet and Engage : Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers, making them feel valued and eager to return.
  • Listen and Learn : Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions, showcasing your knowledge.
  • Customer Obsessed : You have a heart for hospitality and working with people. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium experience for everyone.
  • Brand Advocate : Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee.
  • Share Knowledge : Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and engage customers by sharing the captivating stories behind our exceptional coffee while offering coffee tastings.
  • Operations and Safety : Maintain a beautiful boutique environment, assisting with shipments, keeping the coffee wall stocked and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Team Collaboration and Respect : Proactively support and collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and successful work environment.

WHAT YOU’LL ENJOY :
