Key Responsibilities :

• Lead daily catering operations with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Supervise and develop a team of 23 hourly staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple tenants and clients through polished, professional service
• Flex quickly to meet changing client needs and event demands
• Monitor financial performance and ensure budgetary goals are met
• Plan and execute special events, conferences, and high-end catering functions
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
