Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney at Wells, Anderson & Race, LLC in Denver, CO, with some flexibility for remote work.
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and handling insurance, bad-faith, construction defect or labor and employment defense matters.
Qualifications
- Excellent legal advocacy and negotiation skills
- Legal research skills
- Experience in insurance, bad faith, construction defect or employment defense
- Strong understanding of general legal principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure
- Admission to the Colorado state bar
