National HVACR wholesale distributor is looking for a full-time counter sales position to help support our continued growth and expansion.
Candidates with multi-year sales experience in HVAC / R field or in other industries preferred but not necessary. Genuine enthusiasm for sales and dealing with people a must.
Salary based on experience. We offer full benefits and 401K
Essential Job Functions
- Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration - Will Train
- Greet customers and answer phones promptly and courteously (customers are contractors - Not general public)
- Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers through identifying and fulfilling their product requests and answering technical questions (through training)
- Provide accurate and timely execution of customer’s orders, requests, and other services
- Use a computer system to research products, conduct invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement / replenishment.
- Break down and put away stock
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment inside and out
- Be willing to work, learn and have fun
Qualifications :
- Requires moving, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, stretching, and ability to climb ladders
- Requires manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input
