About the Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of technicians, leads, and mechanics across all shifts. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring optimal production line performance, compliance with safety and quality standards, and the execution of preventative maintenance programs. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple shifts

Approve weekly timekeeping and oversee daily task assignments

Prepare production lines for optimal performance and oversee equipment changeovers

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery (fillers, conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulic / pneumatic systems, etc.)

Conduct inspections, perform emergency repairs, and ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed

Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and construction drawings for diagnostics and repair

Maintain inventory of replacement parts, manuals, and ensure maintenance shop readiness

Promote safety standards and contamination prevention throughout maintenance activities

Build and manage vendor relationships to support operational needs

Analyze downtime reports to proactively prevent breakdowns and improve efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

Broad technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and plumbing systems

Experience supervising and developing maintenance teams in a production environment

Strong troubleshooting skills using testing devices (e.g., voltmeters)

Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and adapt to changing production schedules

Strong communication and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to recurring problems
