Job Description : Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is hiring In-Home Care Aides (PCA, CNA, or IHA) to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes. We serve clients within a 90-mile radius of our Greensboro office, offering flexible work opportunities across many areas.

Responsibilities :

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, transfers, etc.)

Provide companionship, medication reminders, and engage in mental / physical activities

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Report changes in client condition to the supervisor

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility)

Must have hands-on experience with a home care agency or facility

Must be able to successfully complete a skills check

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and follow care instructions

Caring, patient, and dependable attitude

While this is not a state certification, participants receive a certificate upon completion. The training is quick, hands-on, and prepares you to confidently care for clients.
