Senior Business Reporting Analyst
General Summary & Scope
- The MerchOps Business Intelligence team is responsible for delivering data-driven solutions to support the objectives of the Merchandising organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Store Operations) to ensure comprehensive solutions are implemented effectively.
- Engage with IT teams to understand key merchandising and BI applications, serving as a liaison between business requirements and technology.
- As a Senior Business Reporting Analyst, use your analytical skills to gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that provide visibility and improve processes.
- Focus on Inventory Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Order Management, and Product Disposition.
- Collaborate with MerchOps BI leadership to prioritize requests spanning projects, enhancements, ad-hoc needs, documentation, and system testing.
- Exposure to technologies : HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server on the backend; Tableau and WEBI as front-end tools.
- Participate in training and skill development in GCP, Python, and Power BI as team needs evolve.
