What You’ll Do
- Serve as the global face of performance marketing, driving campaigns that deliver impact across every stage of the funnel.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to activate AI-first campaigns with real business outcomes.
- Own paid media, SEM, growth strategy, ABM, conversion, and pipeline performance.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team while still getting your hands dirty when needed—this is a player / coach role.
- Create and test new acquisition channels, iterate fast, and scale what works globally.
- Translate performance into board-ready metrics with access to the CMO and CEO.
What You Bring
15+ years in performance marketing for global B2B software development firms.Experience scaling performance marketing inside a 2K–5K FTE firm — you’ve felt the heat and delivered measurable growth.Builder’s mindset : You ideate.
