We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
- Tier III IT Support Technician
- to join our team. This role serves as the top-level escalation point for technical issues and is responsible for leading complex troubleshooting efforts, mentoring junior technicians, and driving infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments, including Windows, macOS, networking, and print management systems.

Core ResponsibilitiesAct as the final escalation point for Tier I and Tier II support issuesLead troubleshooting of complex system, server, and network problemsProvide advanced support for macOS, iOS, and Windows 11 devicesOversee large-scale hardware and software deploymentsManage enterprise print infrastructure and solutionsMentor and train Tier I and Tier II techniciansDocument advanced troubleshooting procedures and establish technical standardsCollaborate with clients and escalate support cases when necessary###
Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of IT support experience, including Tier II or equivalent advanced rolesAdvanced administration of Windows 11 and Windows Server environmentsStrong expertise in macOS and iOS device supportExperience with enterprise networking : routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNSSkilled in hardware deployment and lifecycle managementIn-depth knowledge of print infrastructure and enterprise print management toolsProven ability to lead escalations and work independentlyExcellent communication skills with staff, executives, and vendorsProfessional appearance and demeanor in client-facing situations###
Preferred QualificationsExperience with ConnectWise (ticketing, RMM, documentation)Advanced scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)Experience with cloud migration and hybrid environment management###
