We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. This role is primarily focused on website projects and involves coordinating work, designing trackers, and managing reporting systems.
This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires a hybrid work model, with on-site presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate various tasks and establish the sequence of execution
- Design and maintain project trackers to monitor progress
- Develop effective reporting systems to communicate project status
- Lead and coordinate meetings to ensure clear communication among team members
- Manage the content coordination process for website projects
- Utilize SharePoint and Excel for project management and documentation
- Leverage CRM, Database, EO / IR systems, and Budget Processes for effective project management
- Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the project team
- Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project completion
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Demonstrable experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining databases
- Knowledge and expertise in EO / IR systems
- Familiarity with budget processes, including planning and tracking
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Formal Project Management training or equivalent experience
- Ability to lead and manage project teams towards achieving common goals
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
