As a Deception Activities (DA) Specialist, you’ll bring your Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint Operations Security (OPSEC), DA, and Information Operations (IO) expertise to work on projects for the Air Force.

You’ll apply specialized functional, technical, and military experience to develop and implement DA strategies, policies, and guidance to solve complex problems.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes instrumental to the Air Force and joint missions.

You’ll guide the work we do for the Air Force and the transformative solutions we deliver for strategic planning, organizational strategy, and transformation and change components combined with advanced consulting skills and technical expertise to support the national defense strategy.

You Have :

• 2+ years of experience with DA at the Headquarters level
• 2+ years of experience supporting strategic initiatives and implementation efforts
• 2+ years of experience supporting policy development efforts
• 2+ years of experience supporting strategic communications
• 2+ years of experience working independently and planning solutioning activities with clients
• Knowledge of the Joint Operational Planning Process, MILDEC coordination requirements, and DAFI 10-704, DAFI 10-701, & JP 3-13.4
• Ability to evaluate and implement current and future policy objectives
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have :

• Knowledge of other service DA doctrine, policies, and plans
• Knowledge of the JCIDS process

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

TS / SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
