Key Responsibilities
Manage complex monthly collection activities to meet Corporate Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) objectives
Develop and implement collection strategies for high-revenue customers to achieve cash flow targets
Analyze customer credit ratings and recommend credit extensions or limits
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience
Experience with ERP software (e.g., JDE)
Proven expertise in using MS Office Suite
Ability to analyze customer accounts and resolve disputed invoices
Familiarity with credit management policies and procedures
