• Flexible block schedule can be 7-on / 7-off or similar to average 15 shifts per month
• Option for 7 or more shifts per month for a part-time schedule
• Established team with 14 physicians and 4 advanced practitioners
• Semi-open ICU with Intensivist coverage. No procedures and no codes
• Opportunity to teach med students, APPs, and residents
