Responsibilities :
- Assist senior sales team members in generating sales and establishing client relationships.
- Master and apply top-tier consultative sales techniques.
- Leverage in-market opportunities and sales incentives to boost your earnings.
- Work closely with the team to speed up your learning curve and career development.
- Realize unlimited earning potential and opportunities for advancement.
Minimum Requirements :
- 1-3 years of successful sales / marketing experience.
- A strong desire for high earnings.
- High energy, self-discipline, and goal orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking to individuals and groups.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- A passion for marketing and community service.
