Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Lead quality audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product standards and processes. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and audit findings. Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Communicate quality performance metrics and outcomes to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have :

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry or similar manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and relevant software tools.
