JobResponsibilities
- Abilityto effectively manage all areas of the sales department includingbut not limited to wholesale retail purchasing andmarketing.
- Experiencewith internet and retail tools IE : Vauto Ecar list
- Abilityto forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales gross and keyexpenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Possessstrong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders.
- Understandsand keeps abreast of federal state and local regulations.
- Abilityto handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly andprofessionally.
- Ensurehigh standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Ensurethat sales representatives understand and follow dealershippolicies at all times.
- Excellentcommunication skills; ability to communicate effectively withcustomers; subordinates and other management.
- Abilityto train and be a leader to your sales staff. An effective manageris a great leader.
