- About 1 hour from Milwaukee
- Monday through Friday work schedule from 9 am - 6 pm
- Outpatient only; no call, evenings, or weekends
- FP, IM, occupational medicine, EM, or UC physicians are welcome to apply
- Center is fully staffed; you will be well-supported
