We are currently seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team and play a pivotal role in our large-scale project bids. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting take-offs and compiling bid proposals for our exciting ventures. Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct plan take-offs, gather vendor quotes, calculate quantities, and understand product specifications and pricing.
• Collaborate with the team to create and track Requests for Information (RFI) and provide value engineering recommendations when necessary.
• Play an integral role in all aspects of the bidding process, contributing at various levels to ensure the success of our projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
• Utilize your expertise in commercial Site Development and Earthwork to read and comprehend site / civil drawings effectively and efficiently
