Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team, specializing in managing commercial roofing and siding portfolios.
In this role, you'll focus on building lasting client relationships while ensuring maximum performance and return on investment for their building envelopes.
This position covers the Southern Maine and New Hampshire territory and demands a proactive, responsible approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Business Opportunities : Actively prospect and qualify leads, researching potential clients and evaluating sales opportunities.
- Lead Development : Generate and follow up on leads to expand a robust client base.
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about available products to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Customer Support : Address client needs, provide information, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure customer satisfaction through proper project close-out and billing accuracy.
- Continuous Learning : Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, construction, or building services is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, and data entry; experience with Roof CAD is a plus.
- Ability to physically inspect roofing systems, including climbing ladders, measuring, and occasional lifting.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a relevant field (B2B sales, outside sales).
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
