Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Pikeville, KY. Located in the heart of Appalachia, Pikeville offers stunning natural beauty, rich cultural history, and a welcoming community.

Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, such as angioplasty, stenting, and pacemaker insertions.
- Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety and responding to changes in vital signs.
- Administer medications and support the physician in complex cardiovascular interventions.
- Educate patients and families on procedures, post-care, and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation using the EMR system and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab nursing experience required.
- Licensure : RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
- Certifications :
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required
- Competency in cardiovascular procedures, excellent critical thinking, and communication skills.
