New restaurant concept located in the Evelyn Hotel with Michelin star awarded Chef partners is seeking all BOH staff. With the team from Contra, Wildair, Peoples creating the culinary vision.
We have 3 concepts, Evelyn Cafe, Tusk, and Brass.
Our morning cafe serving a bustling Flatiron neighborhood, a busy loby bar with full service food menu, and finally Brass, the loosely french brasserie inspired restaurant.
2 years fine dining experience with strong French and New American influence is preferred.
We'll work with excited young cooks who have a passion.
We are looking for motivated, cooks with a desire to learn and join an ambitious team looking to cook modern french cuisine with traditional foundation.
