A recognized health services organization is currently seeking an experienced licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Home Health team as a Branch Director.
Responsibilities :
The Branch Director will be responsible for :
- Overseeing operational aspects with a focus on improving clinical outcomes and implementing QAPI programs
- Leading and developing a team of healthcare providers
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Managing patient care episodes and changes to care plans
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall patient care
Qualifications :
- 8 years of Nursing experience in a Home Healthcare environment
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school or Therapy program
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in a Leadership and / or Supervisory
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance and / or Coding
Desired Skills :
- Experience in Home Health Services or Hospice
