Job Title : Executive Assistant I
Location : New York, NY 10065
Pay Range : $28.00 / hr to $32.00 / hr
Shift : Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Duration : 03 months
Duties :
- The Executive Assistant I is responsible for overall support to a Vice President or Chair as related to day-to-day operations of a large or complex department or office.
- Coordinates the administrative activities for the clinical, administrative, and academic department or departments for which the VP or Chair has responsibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partners with management in the planning, scheduling, coordination and reporting of activities to ensure that projects, goals and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget.
- Researches, gathers and synthesizes information for reports. Assembles and categorizes data for computation and calculation.
Prepares statistical analyses.
- This is a HIGH-LEVEL request. The candidate must be very professional and can handle confidential information :
- Process CEO mail.
- Answer the phones.
- Process conference room requests.
- Process CEO Suite maintenance and building services requests.
- Stock CEO Suite pantry and order supplies.
- Assist with occasional scheduling meetings.
- Depending on the level of professionalism and skill, the candidate may assist with procurement and ordering requests.
Skills Required :
- 7-10 years related administrative or business experience
- MS Office Suite - Intermediate
- Adaptability : Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
- Applies Learning : Assimilates and applies new job-related information in a timely manner.

Education, Certificates & Licenses Required :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
