Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT / network-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Configure, install, and repair various information systems, hardware, and software.
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications for performance and reliability issues.
- Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in the implementation and testing of new IT systems and applications.
- Communicate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve user issues.
- Manage IT assets according to company policies and established procedures.
- Utilize data reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with employees.
Position Requirements
