Job Description

Job Summary :
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at LeewayHertz, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning models and systems.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver scalable and robust machine-learning solutions that drive actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of machine learning models, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and scalable.
- Collect, pre-process, and transform data for training and testing machine learning models. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient.
- Identify and create relevant features to improve model performance and interpretability.
- Deploy machine learning models into production, working closely with DevOps and software engineering teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and apply relevant innovations to projects.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
Candidate Required Skills :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / IT Engineering.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with advanced machine learning techniques and frameworks such as GenAI, LLM, Hugging Face, MultiModel, RAG, indexing, Llama, Langchain, etc.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
