The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of systems, including quality and compliance of production lines.
The ideal candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data.
Strong technical abilities are a must in order to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support as necessary
- Train production personnel
- Establish process metrics and goals
- Develop and issue process designs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an engineering field
- Familiarity with process control and improvements
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- At least 5 years experience as a manufacturing, process or industrial engineer
