The team is cohesive and collaborative. Minimal On Call!!
This is a Direct Hire position as a Cisco Unity VOIP Administrator / Unified Communications Administrator / Cisco VOIP Voice Engineer with a base salary range up to $105K plus bonus - depending on experience.

What You Will Need To Be Considered for this Opportunity :
- Cisco Telephony VOIP experience
- Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express
- Configuration, installation, and Troubleshooting (Cisco CUCM, Voicemail, VoIP Endpoints & servers)
- Experience with Endpoints : Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator, SIP Soft Phones
SIP experience is preferred.
Strong ROOT CAUSE TROUBLESHOOTING & CHANGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on experience on the below Cisco Unified Communications Applications devices
- Knowledge and experience with Teams Voice
- 3rd Party telephony vendor experience
- Experience in Networking is a plus!
- Certifications are highly preferred But not required!
