- could be up to 8 during holidays and high influx periods - Nurses must agree to work under high patient ratio conditions - Modules to be completed outside of regular 12-hour shifts, estimated at 5 hours, non-billable - Orientation : 12 hours, non-billable - No on-call requirements - No Thanksgiving time-off from 11 / 28-12 / 1;
