The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining transmissions in various vehicles, not limited to Ford.

Responsibilities : Diagnose and repair transmission issues in a variety of vehiclesPerform routine maintenance on transmissions, including fluid changes and filter replacementsUse diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems accuratelyCollaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer serviceAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Transmission TechnicianStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsProficiency with diagnostic tools and equipmentAttention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFord dealership experience preferred but not required Benefits : Competitive salary based on experienceSign-on bonus up to $5000Relocation assistance available for qualified candidatesComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plansOngoing training and development opportunitiesEmployee discounts on vehicles and serviceUnion position with collective bargaining rights Gary Crossley Ford is an equal opportunity employer.
