Farmers has designed a new agency "Retail Program" that provides an extremely competitive financial and training support to accelerate the business over your first 3 years as an Agent.

This mentor Agent will work with you to grow your career in the insurance industry. This position comes with a base salary plus commissions, serving as a training position on your way to becoming a Farmers Insurance agent.

Responsibilities overview :
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Quote new business and renewals
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
