RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient Care & Service. Promote and restore patients' health, collaborate with the medical team, provide treatment, support patients and their families, and supervise team members
- Medication Administration & Reporting. Administer medication and maintain accurate reports
- Documentation. Ensure complete and concise electronic medical records
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS : BLS (Basic Life Support) and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Medium Work - frequent walking, standing, or squatting, and the ability to exert force to move objects
PAY RANGE : $23.75 - $29.75 per hour
