Quality Technician

Compounding & Pre-Weigh

Location : Kdc / one Groveport

Full-Time Opportunity

Do you pay attention to detail? Do you love catching inconsistencies? At Kdc / one, we’re looking for a Quality Technician who ensures our compounding and pre-weigh areas run smoothly and meet the high standards that we want.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Verify pre-weigh kits to ensure correct chemicals and SAP tags match the Bill of Materials.
  • Audit production and batching paperwork for accuracy and GMP compliance.
  • Confirm and document critical steps like mix times, material additions, C&S results, labeling accuracy.
  • Make sure formulations are dropped into the right totes or finished product tanks and correctly identified.
  • Monitor shift transitions for continuity and accuracy.
  • Investigate failures or deviations by finding root causes, and help correct them.
  • Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs, and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate with production, scheduling, and management to stay aligned and proactive.
  • Keep your area organized, clean, and audit-ready always.

What We Need from You :

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years in a quality or compliance role in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Solid computer and documentation skills (you're comfortable using Microsoft Office and SAP).
  • Great attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working between an office and production floor setting.
