That’s why we don’t cold call instead, our prospective clients provide us with their information and rely on us to reach out to them regarding one of our products, such as mortgage protection, accidental, retirement planning, and more.
We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset to join our team.
Here are the qualifications for this position :
- Be honest and trustworthy
- Have a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one
- Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone
- Be coachable and professional
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be comfortable with a commission position
Here are the responsibilities that come with this position :
- Contacting and maintaining a professional relationship with clients
- Booking appointments
- Taking and submitting online applications
- Following up with the back office
- Attending weekly virtual calls
- Explaining policy cover to the client once the policy is approved
- Maintaining stellar interpersonal skills.
