Shift Manager
Slim Chickens is one of the strongest and most successful brands emerging in the US and we are entering the Arizona market.

- Capacity to organize, coordinate and manage resources to meet key goals and objectives around customer service, speed of service, food cost and labor controls

- Demonstrates potential to streamline and drive continuous improvements, to ensure restaurant is clean, organized and guest-ready at all times
Team Leadership
- Treat others fairly and consistently; drive the Slims culture daily
- Listen attentively to both team and customer concerns empathetically, addressing issues quickly
- Ability to lead and direct teams in a positive and direct way in highly chaotic situations; ensure goals and service standards are met
- Solicit and act on feedback
Requirements
- 6 months - 2 years of leadership experience leading teams of 10+ team members and trainers
- Strong sense of personal accountability and desire for development
- Available to work flexible work schedules
- Familiarity with talent management process
- Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster engaging culture
- Desire to meet key company objectives
