Our company, Heartland Home Health, is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Specialist to join our team. This position will report directly to the AVP of Business Development and is responsible for developing early and appropriate referrals through the selection, acquisition, retention, and growth of business partnerships with referral sources.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry and a proven track record of being a top performer.
The Healthcare Business Development Specialist will play a key role in promoting our Home Health services to the local healthcare community and developing key business relationships.
The candidate should also be compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and their families and known and respected within the community.
Additionally, a Bachelor's degree focused in Marketing or Business is preferred.
