School Year : 2024 / 2025
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our educational team in Mendota Heights for the 2024 / 2025 school year.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents in a school setting, providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to enhance students' academic performance and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Implement therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current MN state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
