Provide set up for simple full benefit and self-service American Fidelity product enrollments. Coordinate site testing, project plan, site flow document and other customized site content.
Provide support to Enrollment Analysts for complex full benefit enrollments to coordinate site information and through participation in client / carrier conference calls and meetings and coordination of year-round enrollment functionality.
Assist in analysis and reconciliation of enrollment data and coordinate such data back with employers and third-party carriers.
Skills :
Proficiency with PC Windows-based software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong analysis and interpretation skills
Strong knowledge of file transfers, text files and merge capabilities
Good time management skills
Insurance and enrollment process knowledge beneficial
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
Technical proficiency including Internet browser applications
Ability to recognize and manipulate multiple file types
