Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $3,007 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Labor and Delivery Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Job Title : Travel RN - Labor and Delivery (Nights) Location : Albany, NY 12208 Duration : 13 weeks (11 / 10 / 2025 to 01 / 01 / 2026) Shift : Nights (7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM) Every other weekend required / Rotating holidays Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and delivering patients during night shifts. Monitor patient status, interpret fetal heart rate monitoring, and respond to emergency situations effectively. Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document patient care accurately and timely in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards. Maintain professionalism and effective communication with patients and their families. Requirements Current RN licensure eligible to work in New York State. Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience. Epic EMR experience is REQUIRED. Navy blue scrubs are required as part of the dress code. EFM National Certification Corporation certification or Intermediate AWHONN certification issued within the past 3 years. (Proof of class registration acceptable at submission; certification required for compliance.) Ability to work rotating holidays and every other weekend.
