Mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney - District of Columbia-Washington
A law firm based in Washington DC is currently seeking a Mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney with a strong background in balance sheet bank lending.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills, demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, and have a desire for significant responsibility and client interaction.
Duties : Handle sophisticated real estate lending transactions, with a focus on balance sheet bank lending.Draft and review legal documents related to real estate finance transactions.
Conduct legal research to support transactional work and provide legal opinions.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful completion of transactions.
Provide advice on legal and regulatory matters related to real estate finance. Requirements : Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Washington DC Bar.3+ years of experience working in a law firm, with a focus on real estate lending transactions.
Exposure to balance sheet bank lending work is preferred.Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Skills : Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
