Compensation and Benefits :
- $1,000 (Per Driver) Team Sign On Bonus - No Strings Attached!
- Paid Orientation
- Monthly Mileage Bonus (That's attainable and guaranteed your first month!).
- Annual vacation payout beginning at one year, increases with years of service
- Daily payroll processing (2 day turnaround)
- We pay PC Miler practical miles - and average 10% more miles over companies not using practical miles

- Koleaseco is a long haul carrier with an average run being 1,700 miles
- Koleaseco is a national over-the-road carrier and we run where the freight takes us

Equipment :
- Late Model Equipment : Peterbilt & Kenworth
- All trucks Equipped with Refrigerators, 200 Watt Inverters / APU, and Truck Navigation
Minimum Requirements
- Drivers must be at least 23 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
- A valid commercial drivers license (CDL).
- An applicant must be able to meet all Federal DOT regulations, including passing a DOT physical examination and a DOT drug test.
- Drivers must have and maintain a neat and clean appearance, pass a company interview, and be able to meet Koleaseco’s work and attendance requirements.
