The opportunity
The Client Program Manager (CPM) is an individual contributor within a regional and / or global team, supporting current programs and growing new programs for our clients.
To be successful as a Client Program Manager your mission will be to demonstrate a proactive mindset while collaborating with cross-functional departments to optimize the customer experience.
The Client Program Manager will need to come to the team with creative ideas, seek innovation, and find continuous improvement opportunities.
Role Responsibilities :
- Provide program management from medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal process.
- Identify and hold operational leadership accountable to the client's program deliverables.
- Maintain & improve customer satisfaction levels with NPS & Voice of the Customer.
- Maintain & improve internal satisfaction levels with Voice of Key Stakeholders.
- Ensure performance KPIs are aligned with customer expectations and maintained in one data set globally that reflects the customer performance.
- Establish, own, & improve appropriate KPIs to measure operational performance in one data set globally that reflects the operational performance.
- Facilitate meetings to review performance, strategy, projects, and future growth alignment.
- Collaborate with core team to develop solutions and lead project team(s) through implementation and completion.
- Manage internal and external relationships in support of program(s).
- Mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with our company's values.
- Create lockstep alignment with commercial counterpart on account initiatives, strategy, and deliverables.
- Partake in setting team's objectives and proactively provide recognition and feedback.
- Participate in Program Management meetings, calls and share best practices.
- Help Maersk become a great place to work.
- Adapt communication style when working with all levels of the organization.
- Lead and influence various client teams of the organization across business units.
- Participate in workstreams and high impact project opportunities aimed to improve our community's quality of work experience.
You Have :
- Bachelor degree preferably in Business / Logistics / Engineering.
- 3+ years relevant experience with a proven track record in operational management (preferably Maersk).
- 2+ years international SCM / origin management experience.
- Understanding and passion for driving Operational Excellence in the business.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence decision makers.
- Proven and sustained track record of delivery, with focus on driving results through others.
- Experience of working with a wide variety of complex operational and commercial challenges.
- Exposure and understanding of Business Improvement / Lean tools.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Ability to interface with local and regional management teams.
- Being a team member supporting the global / regional / country teams proactively.
- Ability to build strong effective networks.
- Knowledge of risk management with the ability to identify activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Preferred :
- CSCP
- CSCP
- Six Sigma
- Proficient in Power BI
Job Type : Full Time
Salary : $100,000 to $120,000 (salary range to be agreed upon with hiring manager)
Benefits : Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
